Aaron was born in Windsor, Ontario, on January 17, 1973. He played his collegiate career at the University of Michigan and was drafted in the first round by Winnipeg, 5th overall, in the 1991 Entry Draft. Aaron was later traded to Detroit for Paul Yserbart and Alan Kerr. Last season Aaron scored 5 goals and added 10 assists in 74 games with Adirondack.
